Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. The dining experience could be improved, but the overall stay is pleasant and good value for money.
The hotel had very nicely decorated rooms with the most comfortable beds ever. The bathroom was huge and well-equipped, although the lack of a fridge was inconvenient, leading to queues at the restaurant managed by a slow staff member. The service was very kind and willing to assist, although more geared towards large family groups than single travelers. The location was great for walking and close to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump Hill, but dining options were limited. The dining experience was excellent with a good selection of fresh ingredients, although it could get crowded. The facilities were top-notch, offering various services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and tours assistance.
The hotel has nice and clean rooms, but somewhat generic and smaller. While closed for a private party on our first night, we had pizza in the bar instead. The absence of a fridge was inconvenient, leading to queues at the restaurant, which had available tables but made guests wait. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel overlooks the fjord with stunning views and has a great layout with a cozy ambiance. It's just a 20-minute train ride into Oslo city center, offering a convenient and picturesque location. The dining options are great with a variety of delicious choices, making the experience truly amazing.
The hotel offers nice rooms, but the noise from the delivery alley affected the view, which was disappointing since the view was essential for our visit. The service was very welcoming and friendly, with useful facilities available. The location had its ups and downs, with a great view over Oslo but some areas needing improvement. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety to choose from. Overall, a mixed experience with potential for enhancement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but some lacked certain amenities like a kettle. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were delays and issues during dinner service. The location was beautiful and provided great views, yet the dining experience was overcrowded. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
